After christmas we jetted off to Prague for New Years to visit our buddy Cris. It was the best week exploring the city and living the local life with him, and was one of the best New Years Eve's we've ever had.
A few highlights:
-Wandering the city, revisiting some of my favorite places from when I was here five years ago with my mama.
- Traditional Czech dinner + tons of Czech beer for new years eve dinner
- It started SNOWING right before midnight, which was so magical and beautiful
- Trivia night at an amazing cafe/ book store!!
- MEXICAN FOOD! Cris brought us to an amazing Mexican restaurant, which was amazing because we have yet to find a good place in the Netherlands and have been CRAVING it. We might have eaten there twice...
- Spending a frighteningly cold day at the Czech Zoo because, why not. And it was an AWESOME zoo. I'm kind of conflicted on my zoo feelings (it's so sad to see the animals in such small living conditions) but at the same time it was so cool to see SO many cool animals.
